Does the Nut dance around in the winter snow, or just when its summer weather?

I'm in NYC 2 to 3 times a week.

That's the same model of car that was the first one I ever drove. My Great Aunt's Anglia. Three speed on the floor....up and down her driveway, then eventually around the block after school many times.

He does, no matter what the temperature it. If there is snow on the sidewalk, he'll stand calf-deep in the snow giving his hand gestures to cars going by. At this time of year, he's got a job a few miles away at a local tax prep business. He dresses up as Uncle Sam in front of the building and marches in front of there. It's the perfect job for him!
