Didn't one of the bigfoot trucks run dual predators?

We ran a predator..I think it was cheaper made then the one you have. It was instant balls if adjusted right!
On a mild 440 in a 70 challenger it picked up 3 tenths at the track over a edelbrock carb. 14.0 to 13.7 and gained 4 mph. But some of that gain was we had to leave the hood off because the predator was so tall!!!!Lol
Still... 4 mph 97mph to 101mph is impressive.
We then put it on our 510 with 4.88s and slicks and it left like we had a 4000 stall..but we only had a 2200. We also immediatly cleaned the spider gears out of our 8 3/4.

The valve inside that regulated the fuel was a plastic POS. We put the predator on a olds 455 the POS plastic piece let the engine fill up with gas and it bent a rod.Lol
So..beware. we had fun..till we had to pull a engine apart to change a rod.Lol

Thanks for the opinions! I believe I will pass on running it...for now anyway. The engine on the stand right now is a bone stock 440-6 with a performer rpm in it for break-in... don't want to wash it down with a goofy old carb.

Ya....i'd save that to try out on a running junkyard engine. Once you have a better seat of the pants feel for it.....you can go from there (and educate us).
