I think I found that years ago setting in a field east of Portland back about 84! Needed to be restored! It was one of 8 factory 383, 4speed conv. The owner was asking $1000 for it Had some serious rust repair needed in the firewall and cowl, total replacement! right door and rear floor board! Had the original eng. that had been rebuil t but wouldn't run! It was complete and original. I offered him $600.00 but would budge off the asking price, I upped it to $750 still no sale!It sold a little while after setting there for a number of years! BTW a friend of mine has one of those 8 A twin to this one pictured!
