Vinyl top installation in Northern California.

Hello all, anyone have a lead on a good vinyl top installer in Northern California? Seems like there is nobody around where I live that seems to do it anymore. I watched a tutorial on it from legendary.that would be my last resort. I need a mobile person. I am in Modesto California. Any leads would be greatly appreciated.

I know a guy but he's not mobile... But I don't see transporting that GTX as a problem... Just transported a 70 Cuda with all four corners on casters... Not a big deal...

Yes I just replied on his post by accident he knows someone to do vinyl tops maybe.

Hi Im inmodesto,ca also, Did you locate an installer?

did you pull front back glass, ? DOns glass charged me three price, and when others flat rate when replacing glass, they charged me to remove, double price an then double again for install, I supplied new gasket, on rear they used excess sploogee and I stated, just set glass in for temp as viny was going g in, ,

I haven't pursued getting my Vinal top done yet. Somebody told me that this guy Chavarrias Upholstery on Emerald Ave does them. haven't called them yet to see. I was off work at that time and now I'm back at work and have not a lot of time with my busy life. Yes, front and rear glass needs removing for this job. Let me know what you find out.

Sorry you don't have to remove your glass just the revealing trim and clips.

The screws to the clips can sometimes be a challenge to remove without chipping the glass.

You can do it just take your time. My glass is all out that's why i told you that this mourning still asleep! LOL Call those guys and let me know if they do the Vinal top install.
