I'm so happy for you! I hope you paid clone price for a real Roadrunner!
A few questions and maybe a couple of things to look at that you probably have or would:
Check spark plugs.
All fluids.
Brake condition.
Front suspension, especially castle nuts and cotter pins, ball joints, etc.
A/F ratio if you can find a sniffer, even a short chassis dyno session may tell a lot.

Is it a SureGrip ("posi") rear diff? What gear ratio?

This ignition coil and control box if you have a factory electronic distributor:

A street Hemi grind or similar cam (284°/appx .480 lift) new Comp Cams hydraulic lifters (822-16), locks, retainers and these springs 928-16, and I got all new push rods, but if you check yours for straightness and they're good, ok.
3.73 to 3.91 ring and pinion gear. 1¾" headers. If you can, do a nice dual plane aluminum intake and replace or upgrade your carb. 650-7XX CFM.
Break in lifters, of course.
Let that 383 wind up to 6K if it's still pulling and be amazed at how quick it runs!
