I might. I've been cleaning out the family homestead/garage the for the last six months. There is a plastic milk crate with a bunch of Mopar jack hooks in it. I haven't got to writing down the numbers or taking any pics as of yet. I can let you know tomorrow evening.

Sorry to say I do not have one. There are 2 or 3 1967-1969 darts ones though plus a couple of others I had not identified yet.

I might have one, I just realized the one I have doesn’t fit my bumper (69 gtx) The curve is wrong, see picture. I will post part number later.
I would love to trade for a 1969 hook.
