I have a Poly 4 bbl. intake $500 plus shipping and I do ship worldwide. Due to the weight it may be difficult to find a carrier but if you are interested let me know and I will see what I can find. I think the intake is a 61 or 62 but would have to check later today. I am with mopar graveyard in USA Tennessee. Payments would have to be paypal only with fees. No other payment would be accepted. Thanks Richard

I can offer some experience shipping intake manifolds. Not aluminum ones, but the heavier cast iron.

I have shipped cast iron four-barrel intakes via UPS domestically, but it hurts. Expect international to be painful and close to $500 USD. FedEx is more, DHL even greater. But going freight will be less, there is more heartache and shipping by freight can be a challenge for many people.

To ship, I construct a custom fitting box out of 3/8 plywood, small enough so the manifold doesn't move around. I cut down some 2x4 wood on the table saw to reinforce the edges and corners from the inside, and provide a means to screw the whole thing together. Once I made cross members cut to fit the manifold, until I discovered making the box smaller so it fits snugly in there.

Using plywood, the entire package weighs under 75 pounds (35 Kg) which seems to be a limit for UPS Worldwide.
