water pump on 69 gtx

I have a 69 gtx with a 72 model 440 in it were all the water pumps hook up to lower radiator hose on the passenger side thats the way mine is and it's in the way of my fuel pump and on my radiater the lower hose hooks to driver side of radiator just wondering if 69 pump was diffrent?

yes you need the earlier water pump housing

the early ons upper radiator hose hook up on passenger side with lower being on the driver side

while the 72 up switch it around

I run the 44source passenger side housing and pump and can go all day long a 180° the only difficult thing is the obstruction to the timing marks doable but only one little window to see them other than that no issues,

that dodge charger post is from 2009 there may have been a run of bad cast's from the foundry but mine is from 2010 and is awesome and stays cool.

i was refering to used originals , I bought a good used one from them in cast , not an aliminum one , I have no experience with those . :headbang:

I'm glad you offered your experiences. It's easy to find (as I did) complaints of problems with specific items, but people often stay silent when things work fine. Good to know the pump is doing it's job for you.
