What are these called? Plastic Bumpers '71 Dash

There are three of these that came off my '71 dash. What are they called, and where can I find new ones?

Those kinda look like a plastic nut made to fit in a square hole and then a screw goes in expanding the legs a little to hold everything together. A lot like a drywall anchor.
