What Black Paint To Use On Magnum 500 Wheels?

Hi all,

I’d like to freshen up the 14” Magnum 500 wheels (technically I think these are Road Wheels?) on my 68 Super Bee. What black paint have you been successful using? And I believe it is a mat finish correct? Spray on or brush on?

Matt or satin black. Someone used to make a masking kit for these, but I haven't seen them advertised in years.
