What color for seat core restoration?

I had gotten some quick replies on my steering colomn color post i figured i would ask about my seat core color also, especially the hinge area that is exposed between the seat back and bottom. Would it be the same semi gloss black that my steering column is or is it more of a gloss black? (I have black interior) Thank you, Bret.

I can't say for sure. Is it going to be a concourse resto, or are you looking to make it 'right'?

If you want 'right' go with a semi gloss black. For concourse, you'd have to find out from someone else.
