What did you do to your Mopar today?

Finished carpet and interior trim. Installed windshield. Next up...finish exhaust system.

Windshield trim...done.
Radio....installed.
Made some progress on exhaust, not enough, but some.

Test fit the air cleaner I wanted to run. I don't think it is going to fit under the hood.

Finally got it off the jackstands today and drove it around the yard (5 acres). It has been up for almost a year for Xmsn change and other assorted work. Tomorrow it will be driven on the roads again !

Pulled the torsion bars out and the right LCA and strut arm; sand blasted the LCA, control arm and the alternator and power steering brackets. I went by the upholstery shop to finalize what I wanted for the new seats in the 63 Sport Fury. Will pull the left LCA and strut tomorrow.

Put new rear pads and rotors on the Grand Cherokee. Not sure what causes the weird wear pattern that was on the old rotors.

Changed out some loose plug wires, made a tiny dizzy adjustment. Then went out and burned some rubber ! Good god what a cathartic !

Pulled these out of the barn and sent them off to new homes.

Installed a new oil pump, this one has probably been leaking for a while.

If I have the old one off, might as well throw a new one on.

Stunning car - very nice!!!

I have to admit, that is the most beautiful car I’ve ever seen. You have done an outstanding job on it, and I’m sure your daughter is happy beyond words. Hard to believe from its humble beginnings that such a transition was possible. Great job, bud!
Agree 100%. Very clean and nicely detailed.

If his daughter doesn't like it I'm sure there will be a line of us interested in it!!!

Disassemble the front end and separate and glass bead the parts that are to be reused.
