i have not raced for about 10 yrs i have a all steel 63 plymouth savoy with a 426 max wedge it made 510hp 508 tq at the crank has a 10in converter 3500 stall trick 727 straight cut gears manuel valve body no alum parts 4:10 sure grip 90/10 front shocks super stock springs with rancho 5way adj rear shocks with 275/60 15 m/t et street tires i would say about 3750-3800pounds with me in it Thanks View attachment 555671 View attachment 555671 View attachment 555671 View attachment 555672

11.3-11.4@114-116 if the converter is loose enough and it hooks. My bet is the converter is to tight. MPH will tell you.

Almost identical setup as I had in my GTX.
3690 lbs.
It went 11.20 after some tweaking and a 9.5 4200 converter swap

it is a street car i know it could use a looser converter but i dont want to spend the money and lose the way i can drive it on the freeway i will maybe only go to the track about 4 or 5 times i am retired with limited funds thanks guys

I would guess low to mid 12’s, but it could run a high 11 too. When I was at that power level I was mid upper 12’s but I was also 600 pounds heavier then.

I'd wild *** guess mid 12's down to maybe mid-hi 11's
3800#'s with driver, at sea level or less than 1200-1500ft CA
warm not hot or cold day, decent prepped/track conditions
going thru the traps
guessing @ 5500 maybe more, 105-110-ish, maybe more
with a 4.10:1 gears & 28" {?} tires,
probably more RPM {?},
I'm just guessing, not knowing your exact combo,
traction aid, suspension, type tires, camshaft,
cylinder-heads, RPM capability/torque etc.
{hopefully slicks or at-least drag radials, reg. street tires it has no chance}
if it can hook & converter isn't holding it back too much

a lot of different variables to consider, to give really good #'s

try this site they have some cool calculators to play with

corrected for alt. at sea level & assuming you can hook etc.

find a clac & enter all the real world #'s don't exaggerate
& it will tell you close to what is possible

My 63 Sport Fury goes about 3725 lbs with me in it and my old 440 was making right around 500 hp. My best with that eng was 11.49 @ 116. I think you can run about the same if the car hooks and the combo works good. Good luck with it. Ron

budnicks i have been on wallace racing when you put in hp is that at the crank or rear wheels? also i put all the specs rear tires drag radials super stock leaf springs in my first post thanks

My 63 weighs 3725 lbs. I added a 6point rollbar and frame connectors. Its full interior other then back seat which I had planned to put back in but after I put the rollbar in I could not fit the rear seat back in the car. So I am 61 and most of my friends are around my age and I figure we are not climbing over the bar to get back there anyway so I left the rear seat out. Ron

You can see in this pic how I put carpet over it after I put a metal plate over where the rear seat back went since I have my battery in the trunk. Ron

Always at the wheels. I estimated your car at 435 to the tire. The weight & the ET Street. And the 4.10. Thats how I came to low 12's

I know more than a few guys with motors that were dynoed. I don't think Wallace uses rear wheel HP. If they do mine has WAY more than my competitors that have been dynoed, which I doubt.
