What is a good 440 complete engine gasket set

can someone give some advice to a good complete engine gasket set for my 440

cometic is the best made. Felpro is second as long as you have a multi layer. Block and head surface mil cut is very important not to be too smooth, ask others also rtv around water jacket corners and sealant on all bolts and exhaust bolts. 2 heat cycles retorque heads

Felpro hasn't let me down yet, I'm running 9.8:1.

Felpro & Cometic are both good choices, I've never had issues with either one, installed correctly... I think you can get the Cometic's in a little smaller bore size also & you can get thinner ones too, than the Felpro Perma-torque's 0.039 " & will keep the compression up a little more too, if you need that sort of thing, anyway... Also if you have an Iron Block & Aluminum heads, make sure to get the specific gaskets, made for that type application, one size doesn't always fit all, make sure they are installed proper side up too....
