What is the one car you wish you had back.

Some of my favorites from the early days, and late nights :)

1) 1969 Newport Custom
2) 1965 Belvedere
3) 1967 Barracuda

Well it's not the 78 Dasher. Big piece of overpriced, underpowered German **** that it was. It was worse than described here. Took a lot of balls for VW to roll that garbage out of Wolfsburg. No AC. Head hit ceiling. I could go on.

I wish for my Mom's 1973 Grand Am 455.
We nee a pic. Those were the "Colony-Bodied" if I recall. My landlord had one back in the day. Beautiful car.

My 63 Polara Max wedge was sweet! The 71 plum 440-6 pac stick Callenger was real nice. The only small block car was a 68 formula "S" fasback that was freakishly fast with factory A/C.
I have this one 25+ years

This was my car 32 years ago. You couldn't get a 1972 GTO convertible but you could get the endura nose and 455 H.O. Ram Air in the LeMans, which this had. I bought it for $1000, painted it like this and sold it for $5200. (Originally orange with a white top/interior) Later I found out that there were only 31 of them built.

The term you are looking for is "Colonnade" styling. I had a '74 Laguna S-3 coupe in the late '80s - neat car!

Honeycomb wheel? SON of a...Beautiful car. Endura!

My dad's Bronze GTX, 68 I believe or 69. Oh, and the Pontiac Catalina 2+2, I believe it was a 64. I remember him coming home from work one morning finding the Pontiac on the ground as sometime stole the rims and tires overnight. And the Chevy Laguna black on black with the swivel bucket seats. But the GTX would be my favorite.

I'd love to have my '65 Belvedere 383/TF back. That car was pristine back in the 70's. Moneywise I'd like to have the '67 Z28 Camaro that I owned for about a year.

We all let a couple go we regret. In no particular order;
1) 70 340 'cuda. Auto,PS,PB,3.23 SG Gold w black top & interior.
2) 79 Pontiac Trans Am. 403 Olds, every option.Black,of course.
3) 76 Pontiac Grand Prix Golden Anniversary model. Sucker had Gold honeycomb wheels on it. Triple Black car,400-4v, nice hiway cruiser

My 1976 Cordoba. The power steering on my 71 Fury III went out and the Cordoba was on the dealer showroom floor. In my early 20's making money and that Cordoba was my first brand new car. Radiant Fire Red with white Corinthian leather, white vinyl sunroof top, 400 4bbl totally optioned. Had it for nine years before it succumbed to Michigan cancer.

My first car, 1972 340 Challenger that me and my buddies spent many a night drinking beers and wrenching on, eventually swapping a 426 Wedge into it. 12 second street car in the 1980s which for back then was fast for a street car.

The other one is also a Challenger. It was a real 1970 R/T 383 that someone had swapped a 440 into. The body was rough so I got it for $900 in the mid-'90s. The amount of bodywork needed scared me so I sold it. With what I know now, I could have dealt with it so in hindsight I should've kept it.

Both 69 Chargers. My triple black 318 with 56K miles that I paid $600.00 for and my numbers matching R/T SE 440 auto that I paid $700.00 for. The R/T has become the Pure Vision 515 GTB so forget about getting that one back! lol!

68 442, 70 Challenger, 68 Charger and 68 & 69 Cutlass Supreme.
