I have this under my dash but I have no idea what it is.
Both my turn signal and Hazzard flashers work fine and those are different connectors. This one is a 3 prong with yellow and pink wires. This is located near the center console somewhere near the radio and fuse box.

I think some kind of relay for key buzzer,I have that on my 70 charger and Bee. Did you Google the part number to see?
 
It’s a thermal timer for interior courtesy lights on the column etc.

Exactly right, added that timer years ago when i added ignition switch light so you could see where to put ignition key in the dark on my ‘68.
