I picked this up with a bunch of tools I bought from a widow, so no clue. What is it? It has a spring inside that when it’s pushed in it shows a graduated scale.

Found this on garage journal

OK...found the V-108 in the 1933 Ford service bulletins. I was surprised to see in the drawing it is indeed used in push mode, unlike the several Snap-on and such versions I have which hook and pull. The '33 type point sets should start to open between 19 and 22 ounces...
