What mufflers do you guys like on street small blocks?

Everyone over on Moparts seems to like Dynomax Super Turbos, and I think I might too. I have some Flowmasters on mine right now and I don't really like the gurgly quality they have down low (not to mention the resonance at idle in gear half the time)

The videos I found when looking around YouTube for Super Turbos are a 5.2 van (Magnum, but still) with a single Dynomax Super Turbo and presumably a catalytic converter, then a 318 Charger (with some idiot who holds the camera three inches from the tailpipes half the time) with a similar setup to mine exhaust-wise, a Jeep with some kind of Magnum, then three of my car with the Flowmasters for comparison.

I'm finding just don't really like the "doog doog doog" noise these things make at lower RPM. They sound good at higher RPM but I'm not racing this thing all day. The Super Turbos seem to have less of a resonant quality to them so I might be sold, but I don't know what else is out there. What do you guys like for your street cars?

I have a Cherry Bomb on my 318 Poly. Sounds really nice for a single exhaust.

I just had an entire new exhaust installed on my barracuda manifold to bumper 2 1/4 duals with Magnaflow Magnapacs if you want quiet these are not for you if you like loud and obnoxious these are for you [they sound somewhat like smithys or the old thrush glasspacks] but all stainless steel with stainless steelwool packing. I LOVE THE SOUND,[everyone has been asking what muffler are you running].

Dynomax Bullets get my vote! One of the only mufflers on the market that provide nearly the same power output as open headers. Sound great as well..

Yes they are great my firend had a set on a built 440 awesome sound now when you step on them they open up and will make some noise for sure.!
