What ohm reading for fuel sender/gauge???

I want to put an Auto-Meter fuel gauge in my 66 Coronet(custom dash insert with all replacement gauges). What should the ohm readings be, empty to full?? I have read thru 5 thousand fuel and sending unit threads and my head is spinning.......
