Anybody that runs a Max Wedge intake and air cleaners, usually cuts the hood braces out. I ran a Chrysler 2x4 intake with "football" air cleaners under the stock hood of my '64 Polara.

Love the footballs! Are they repops or originals? Can you get new filters?

The air cleaners are fiberglass repros. There was a guy that used to advertise on Mopar Collectors Guide from Arizona or New Mexico. I think he did the ones for the SonoRams as well. He included the filters and aluminium bases as well. As far as replacement filters, I don't know. I no longer have this car.
