Are there any places that refinish original wheels?

Where would I find the beauty rings and center caps if I am missing a few?

They sell a kit to mask off the spoke area. Sanding and repainting the outer rim and between the spokes isnt too bad. I did a set. I'm not the best painter but they turned out alright. By the way those are Road Wheels. Here is a link to the masking kit.
