Wheel stud

Hi everyone I have a 69 dodge coronet 500 it has a 318 904 trans and a 8/3 4 diff the drivers side rear has the left hand wheel studs and I want to change them out for right hand wheel studs which ones would you I need?

Were you able to use that with the brakes in place?
