I have finished restoration on my 1967 Plymouth satellite and now I need tires and wheels. I want to go with magnum 500's but I am not sure of the size of the wheel and the size of the tires. So far I am leaning towards 15x7 Magnum 500's and P235-60R15T BF Goodrich tires. The backspacing on the wheels are 4-1/4". The car is all original but I would like a little larger tire than original. Any thoughts on my selection that it would work? I am a little nervous that the sizes may not fit properly or have rubs. The car had 15x7 American racing torq thrust d wheel and BF Goodrich P245-60R15 tires but the backing spacing on the wheels were 3-1/2"wheels. No rubs or problems. What concerns me the most is the back spacing. Any suggestions, ideas, comments? Thanks in advance.

There are a lot of photos here with wheel and tire combos but it's sometimes hard to find the right thread. Try to find someone with a car like yours and send them a PM to see what they recommend or have tried.
