Where can I find this air intake?

Saw this on a car I think at the Nationals this year. Could not hook up with the owner. Is this a custom setup? Anyone know where I can get one?

Looks goofy.. In my opinion. Looks like a Honda car guy got a Mopar.

It looks like it's restricting air flow... It seems to pinch down around the carb... And carbs/throttle bodies are not fans of air having to make a sharp turn in. Dunno... I guess if you need clearance, its a good option.

You mean directly above the exhaust manifolds/headers is not "cold" ?
