Whatever was Factory.

Doyou have a vinyl top and what color is the interior?

Like mentioned above any Vinyl top? Color of interior? Hopefully not black as that is about as boring as it can get and it sucks in the summer...

Q5. Cool and rare.

Are you building one? What was factory color?
I am building a 72 SSP. Not a stock build at all. Tunnel ram with dual quad EFI sitting above the hood. Stock ride height on QA1 suspension. Full interior in black. The car was roginally yellow with the gray lower portion below the SSP trim and white interior white vinyl top. That is all changing.

The yellow and white has to go, no vinyl top. Going a to a solid color on the body with black interior. Chrome bumpers and trim.

This is the tunnel ram mocked up right now.

Nice to know what's going on.
I'll stick with my vote. K6, with Q5 a very close second. Any of the three will look good!
I guess Bahama yellow is out of the running........ LOL.

In your case, presented by post #26 ( very, very nice by the way ), and no VT, I'd suggest the Q5 turquoise.

The reason for this post is, the body goes to the painter next month and I still dont know what color to tell him. B5 is a great color in my opinion, but, there are just so many of them.

Q5, another great color, not blue and not green, both I guess, and you dont see any. I recently found K6, another color you just dont see much of. I like them both, a lot.

Well, if you simply will not go back yellow, I would say the Q5 Turquoise, followed closely by B5 blue. The bronze is a DISTANT third....

There is a member on here who has been trying to sell his 71 V code Challenger R/T for over five years, and there are no takers because of that color.

I don't think you can go wrong with any of the three.
B5 is the safe choice, but as said above, there's lots of mopes out there in b5 blue.

My thought is, orange, yellow, lime green and purple are colors people think represent mopar. You just see so many of them that they've become over saturated. I like K6 for its uniqueness, I do unique.
Subaru ruby red.

I had a 69 Road Runner convertible that was Q5, man what a cool color. It would change as you walked around the car, I really liked that color on that car. I have never seen that bronze color, but it looks good on that body style! Would be a hard pick, but I am a big fan of Q5

Agree on GY3, one year only colour. Wild colour that matches the wild styling of a 71 B-body perfectly. I love Q5 but on a 69. Best colours on a 71 seem to be EV2, FJ6, FC7 and GY3. I like really shiny FK6 too but it has to be fresh or well looked after.

Q5 Turquoise Poly of course, love the Turquoises from the 60's into the 70's
pretty dang close to the LL1 Surf Metallic of 1968 I have
