This is from Hagerty Media. They will have their new Bull Market list on December 9th. Looking back over their last 8 picks which decades have increased the most.

Last time we explored this data, we split our selections into three overarching sections: Vintage (pre-1980), Radwood (1980-99), and Modern (1999-present). Radwood cars ran away with the show, averaging a 16.8 percent average annualized return. This year, we got a little more granular in our assessment and broke down annualized return by decade.

Bull Market selections show the strongest returns from eras that represent the meat of the market ('70s) and the Radwood era ('80s and '90s).

My friend has been buying C3 Corvettes in the 4 to 6 grand price range. Three out of the four he just bought are turn key running driving cars with solid frames and no fiberglass damage. These are both 73 Corvettes, the blue one is a 454 4 speed LS4 it needs a clutch. The white one is a 350 4 speed. Turnkey running car. He says it runs strong,and drives great. These were 6 grand each.

The other two are a red 77 with a built engine in it. He says it screams. He thinks it maybe a 383 stroker. The last one is a 79 L82 automatic. The car is on nearly mint condition. Black with a mint grey interior. The red car was $4500,and the black car was 6 grand. This is a picture of the red Corvette. It's a good time to buy C3 Corvettes if you want one.
