So I just got this 65 Satellite and I will need a bunch of seals, windlace, gaskets, do-dads. I Googled and found too many suppliers to count.

Some may be hobby businesses that are good ....others may never ship your stuff. Some may be huge warehouses with unknown quality. (I seem to be reading about quality/fit complaints)

Who recommends who?

Thanks much

For the odd ball body seals and gaskets I used Detroit Muscle and purchased a complete weatherstripping kit off eBay (metro soft seal brand). Not sure what is available for your car but they are good companies.

143 views and only one reply? Surely some of 143 have had good or bad experiences with the huge number of vendors?

Thank you much 747.

Just trying to avoid troubles...for my bucks.

Thank you

Metro Moulded parts for rubber gaskets really good, Detroit Muscle for Die cut foam and rubber body gaskets. Rock auto always seems to be the lowest price if you do not have multiple ship points. Pirate jack/MBM brakes for brake parts, Mancini for engine parts, they are not the cheapest just the most honerable. Adeals.com for AMD body parts. Moog for front suspensioon only! Smart shoppers online for body supplies and paint, Johnson supply for body lead mail order again 1/2 the price of Eastwood. Firm feel for Steering boxes and sway bars.

Sponsors on the right, also ebay, Vans etc, Also Herbs. A lot of it depends on where you live cuz shipping will kill ya!

I got a bunch of stuff for both my 67 and 73 from Jacks and Mega parts.
Both of which have stock in hand and can converse on quality and items over the phone.
Dantes is very good as well, but I have only purchased interior stuff from him.

Forgot Summit Racing started carrying allot of AMD stuff and also sells the Metro Soft Seal parts as well. I'm within driving distance of their Ohio location and have nothing but great things to say about them. Use them for pretty much everything I can.
