for 67 coronet 440 eng hi po street eng 727?what extras would you add to it?

Assuming you have the TF already, I'd get recommendations for a local rebuilder in your area. Redo it with HD parts & a converter to match your application.

http://coperacingtrans.com/do like i do.buy a good quality hi po kit(i get mine from crt)and have someone rebuild it with your parts.(assuming you dont know how)best bang for the buck.he can also answer any questions you have as well, nice guy.

a few suggestion, to the ones above, IMHFO also add a deep cast aluminum cool pan {more capacity & much better cooling}, maybe a new front pump, also a looser TQ converter, sfi rated B&M HD dual pattern flexplate & an auxiliary trans cooler & bolt in sprag/overrunning clutch, Turbo Action Cheetah rear band apply manual valve body {so you can ditch the TPV trans/carb linkage} or at least a decent shift kit, heavy duty Kevlar {red} bands/linings clutches & plates, different lighter springs servos etc., allot really depends on what your going to do with your car.... there is a great book "Torqueflite A-727 Transmission Handbook" by Carl Monroe HPBooks-1399, there is a plethora of knowledge in it & allot of tips, instruction or upgrade suggestions...

4 or 5 disc direct clutch. Wide Hemi kickdown band. 5.0 kickdown lever. Contrary to popular belief, it works WELL as long as you upgrade to the wide band. 5 or 6 pinion steel planetaries. Probably wouldn't hurt to put in a bolt in sprag.
