Hell, I don't mind the snow, I just hate having to clean my driveway and sidewalk. Hell, I don't even mind driving in it. It's all the other idiots on the road that piss me off.

Nice pics Dickie!

I can only conclude that the combination of gasoline and internal combustion will improve any situation.

That looks like a lot of fun for sure, but I'm disappointed that we didn't see you ripping around that snow in your new Mustang. I'd have done the same except all we have here is green grass. :)

Oh, and for this abrupt change of topic:
Guys I am in need of some advice on tracking down a car. It was my fathers passed down to me and in a bad situation I had to sell it when I was 16 yrs old. I have tracked it to the second owner since I had it but as he is now deceased I don't know who he sold it to. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. The car is a 1970 Charger 500, and I really want to get it back.

I'd say we could use a bit more info. You say you sold it when you were 16, was that last year? 35 years ago? Any chance you might remember what part of the country it was sold in? If you've tracked it to anyone you probably have the VIN, so how about sharing it along with some pictures and a description. The current owner (if the car still exists) might not want to sell, or it could be worth more than you want to spend now. Then again it could be in a field with more rust than you want to deal with. You should start your own thread for stuff like this. Good luck.

Back to RC, thanks for the pictures. You know how to make the most of a cold day!

Sorry for the interuption I am kind of new to this. I thought this may be a long shot anyway

Post your thread in the Forum area: General discussion.

But, you already did do that.

Yeah, it's not nice to "hi-jack" a thread.
Did you not read my reply to you?

Man, does that thing eat up snow!!! It makes me want to go anywhere & everywhere and just tackle snow. Maybe when I get old & retire, I'll start cleaning driveways again just like when I was a kid.

We Got HAMMERED yesterday and today. Easily a foot of snow and high winds overnight with -5 to -10 degree w/-35ish wind chill. the wind died down a bit around noon and the power came back on, so I attempted to clear the drive (1/4 mile) proceeded to get a 35hp Case tractor stuck when I slid off the drive into about a 5' deep, 112' long drift. Couldn't even get enough bite with the bucket to lever me out. Broke out the Grasshopper 930D mower/snow blower; after smoking one set of drive belts, was able to clear the drive well enough to get out if we have to. We'll see what tomorrow morning brings.

RC, you should be getting whats left of this stuff tomorrow ~~

I have never ridden on one of those snow toys, but I'd like to. Sure looks like a lot of fun. We never have enough snow here to even have a chance to play with one. Tie your video recorder to the handlebars R.C. and give us a ride video. Be careful and safe and have fun. Thanks.

watch out for Barbed wire fences ! I know that type of snow toy can fly.:frozen tongue:

Let'er rip oral-B! Happy trails!

I'd go, but if you break down around here, you'll probably die! Ridiculous!

I ride the trails & lakes with my family. Because of (the ocasional) yahoos out there, we have safety lights & helmut radios. Also, I really don't ride too fast on the winding trails because you just never know what's around the corner.

Off roading is where you run the risk of one of those nasty barbed wire fences.
