Who puts parts stickers on stuff?

Here is two cars I seen at the Fling with some stickers. My Dart at one time had stickers under the hood. They were long gone when I got the car but you can still see the out line from where they were.

WOW! Underhood? WTF?

Maybe, at best, the old Direct connection sticker would make it.

I might have seen that car at the Fling. Just my opinion, but stickers underhood/apron/firewall/etc., just looks wrong. Factory stickers, yes, but just slapping them on anywhere without regard to being straight or centered? Nah, not appealing to me.

It's like a young kid that got carried away and didn't think about how it might look later (yeah, that was once me so I'm saying it!) lol

But I should add that I have a Mopar Sticker on my Radiator Bracket.

Thats old school man! LOL Don't see the 1/4 glass stickers as much as you use to either. Well unless it is a race car.

i put stickers all over my city issued trash cans and the city got mad at me and replaced them with some brand new ones... i slapped some on those as well... guess what, they keep me with brand new cans all the time

My fridge must have about 600 HP judging by the stickers on it!! However I'm not a big car sticker guy unless it's on a gasser. My Durango only has the NHRA sticker on the back window. I look at the stickers as one who identifies with the car culture of earlier times rather than being a bill board.

Same. On my daily driver Dodge Ram 4x4 all I have is the NHRA logo, and this LaRue Tactical Sticker my brother gave me:

(My brother is US Army - Guess what he does?)

I would never think of adorning my property with gaudy promotional images...

...yeah,right.

There's even more on the one box, hidden by the side box. And,I forgot to get a pic of a box in the other bay.

Hell yeah;it's a guy thing, and a little kid thing as well. After all;we haven't really grown up,have we? We still play with cars and other "toys",right? I,for one, have no plans to grow up,and there's room for more stickers as well...

WOW Al!!! Alan Kulwickis Hooters Race Team, dang, how old is that?? That is a real collectors item.

I like them if it's not overboard! A couple like Hurst or something like that look great on old hotrods rear quarter glass IMO.

The air compressor, brilliant!!!! Now I have some new realestate for mine :)

They do lend a certain amount of street cred.

Speaking Of Stickers...I Have A 4' Long 2' Wide & 5" Deep Carboard Box With Thousands Of Performance Parts New Stickers In It. Anyone Care To IM And Make An Offer?

OK;you saw the "stickered-up" boxes. The ONLY ones on the car are a repro "North Woodward Timing Association" piece on the driver's side vent window, and our "For B-Bodies Only" at the bottom of the rear window. Which is worth at least 2 tenths...

Personally I don't do stickers on anything ever.
The only sticker happens to be on my GTX and was there when I bought it in 79 on the drivers vent window and it says

"Warning this car is equipped with a Hurst floor shift, shift as hard as you please but don't break your arm"

Thought it was cool so I left it there.

i don't put anything on my car that i don't get sponsorship for, shoot i'm so bad i picked up a set of brodix valve covers and belt sanded the brodix name off.tool boxes and air tanks are different
