I bought mine from Classic Industries about 13 years ago....pretty nice, and holding up well considering other chrome is starting to 'bubble' in the same time.
Some of the black paint between the fillets has come off due to fuel spillage which is normal, and there is minor pimpling on the cap itself....but not enough to get excited about. Besides, this is still filthy from the last time I drove in bad weather.

Sorry brother the packaging is long gone. I bought mine over 10 yrs. ago. I have a cap and ring for 69-70 Charger if your interested. It's in pretty good shape, not perfect though.

It’s a good 69-70 OEM cap. Not perfect but it’ll shine up nice
