Any one know what this Chrysler engine is or how old it would be ?
I didn't find any numbers, the only thing that tipped me off to it being a Chrysler was the carb.On the side of the carb it say's manufactured for Chrysler in Detroit Michigan......318 wide block ??? I have no clue, the valve covers are not what I'm use to seeing.

361 looks like any other big block. HOWEVER, a 325 Red Ram had a similar design

I wonder what the other engines are that are in the first picture

Yep, me and a buddy used to call them pig blocks.

The other engines look like Fords. Possibly a Cleveland and in the way back an FE with a C6.

Interesting that somebody put a plastic bag over the carb as if they gave a crap about it for a minute.

Thank's for the info guy's....The whole Farm has motors and trannys just like this, soup cans on 727 tail stocks it was funny but sad at the same time.I have a few more pic's check them out.

the motor in that first pic. is a 318 poly or wide block 318 what ever you what to call them. It definitely is not a big block.they have good cranks in them and will work in 318la 273or340 I'm shour someone can verify this..

Yup. I understand that it's possible to bolt up some early Hemi heads on those blocks as well.

Check out all the D-100's on the same farm..If I can find a place to store them I'm taking all but the white one.
