I actually have a shop that I can use on Saturdays, but every Saturday, it was either snowing, or raining/melting with saltwater all over the roads. I'm not taking the car out in that. Ill probably wait till Spring sometime. Maybe I should stop by the shop anyway and take some spy photos of your car!

WooooooHoooooo
My parts are in! I will be done by this weekend.Unfortunately Island Dragway is postponing the opening due to snow still on the track.
Atco Dragway is open.shooting for next week.

Finally!!! Looks like winter may be losing its grip. The work is starting up again, so, at least I'll have money for tires to get to the track.

more heavy wet snow is coming your way, Allot of it, supposedly... sorry just heard it on the news, be there about Weds. or Thurs., we just got drenched for almost a week or so too... stay warm while you can, winter isn't over yet, someone needs to shoot that damn "groundhog"...LOL...

storage 1.jpgWell, the day started out nice. I got over to storage, shoveled out the GTX, and it started right up. Drove to the shop where I was going to install my torque boxes and subframe connectors. Nice drive, the sun was out and got to about 55 degrees. Then the car went on the lift. I noticed that the two lower leaves on my springs were slightly cocked. When I investigated further, I saw the front spring perch was tearing away from the frame. I had replaced the rear portion of the frame rail years ago, but the front looked fine, so I left it. I also noticed a small hole now in the front segment. After poking around a little, realized that a portion of the front segment was soft. So now I need to replace the front segment or get a complete rail for that side. I'll also need to replace the spring perch. The passenger side is fine. So, with that, maybe I won't be ready after all.
This sucks!!!!!!!!starage 2.jpg
