Window track removal

Hello all and Merry Christmas working on my car trying to remove 6 inch track from window
What’s the trick looks like a plastic nail ,thinking drive the center out ? Thanks

Knock the inner "rivet" out and then the outer plastic shell can collapse it's tabs and come out.

I also do what Wayne nicely presented above.....What I also do is support the glass between the door and the glass with a few blocks of wood. Then I spray it with silicone spray.....So when you bang on it is is solid and doesn't flop around....
