Windshield Gasket is there really a difference?

I’ve noticed a very large spread for pricing on windshield gaskets like $100-$450. Is there really a difference? If so what? Are there that many mfgrs making them or is there gouging or what?

Recommendations as to what and where to buy from would be helpful.

Yes I’ve read the other posts on this topic but didn’t find what I was looking for.

Thanks guys I won’t dig too deep on this as I have a lot on my plate. If @dadsbee says “precision” brand is good then it’s good enough for me. I usually buy from Vans and they carry them for a good price so …done deal.
