FOUND wiper motor linkage spring washer

Looking for the spring washer that goes in the 3 speed wiper motor linkage for 70 B body. I have the bushing and retainer, but no washer. If anyone has one they’re wanting to sell I’m interested. I’m assuming it’s there to create tension, but maybe not needed?

Has anyone used they’re linkage without it and not had any problems?
