Wiper motor wiring question....

Hey guys

I am not that sharp on understanding wiring schematics...I need to know which wires control what on the wiper motor...Like which one is hot, which one is ground, etc...

ground is sourced from Chassis. As far I know.

blue is constant source when switch is off to make it spin reversed and make to work the parking cam untill this cam cuts the power, but the wire keeps hot.

PROBABLY another one is ground too, when switch makes to reverse the motor, switching poles between brushes ( maybe green )

the other ones are speeds. Cant's say which one is each speed
