Wipers stopped working

I've been trying to tackle this problem for about 2 months now.

Symptom: Motor won't budge and doesn't sound or feel (holding it) that it's on at all.

Data:

I bought a new motor and replaced switch with NOS one.

Fuses are OK. Switch tests ok, according to shop manual.

12v measured at wiper switch, however only 3v measured at bulkhead connector. Switch was grounded.

Bulkhead connector appears ok, I've sprayed the spade connectors with contact cleaner, but I'm wondering if there's a short in the bulkhead connector, because of the low voltage measured on the "red" wire terminal/connection.

Does anyone know what voltages should be at the bulkhead connector for the motor?

Had that same issue before take a better look at your bulk head connections thats where mine was the issue look under the dash and in the engine bay

What did you do, exactly, to remedy the problem? Was the bulkhead fried and connections shorted, or was there a disconnection? I did do a visual check from the pass. compartment side on the bulkhead and it looked fine. Also sprayed the thing with contact cleaner.

There was some melting due to the alternator wire so i did a bypass for that and re did my bulk head connections with the extra wire harness bulk plastic piece i had the fun part rewiring it all together taking apart the extra wire harness cutting the copper tubing and lots of shrink to tube to make every thing perfect but everything worked so much better
