World powers prepare for attack on Iran

If a mishap happens to the affect of nuclear i wonder who will be blamed first, Israel or America. Doesn't matter somehow we will be in there, starting it or finishing it im sure, If there's anything left. This latest is the first i myself have heard of it.

So? Just deny it!!!

Hey, they wanted to go ahead and F around with nuclear material. You make your bed, you sleep in it.

I could care less who they blame, but they will, they, meaning other country's in the region, the rest of them who hate us and think we the bad guys, not the nuts the worlds trying to stop! I agree they did it, suffer for it.. Ron does care that were going to be mixed up in yet some other country's problems instead of our own and maybe doing something so were not dependent on everyone else for everything thats not made in U.S.A.

RON PAUL, 2012!!! I like his basis, but if he can scale his cuts back by about 50%, then lets go! You CANT cut the government by 80% like he wants. But a 5% cut per year over 4 years [=20%], doable, AND laudable! First, lets stop sending money to people that HATE US, AND ALWAYS WILL!!! You are not buying friends, only "temporary alliances". My state, Michigan, just instituted a 4 year lifetime maximum on cash assistance for welfare. KUDOS! I didn't say food, or section 8 rent help, just CASH assistance.

I don't want to offend anyone, Anyone except Obama is great in my mind... 1st off if Ron Paul is elected president, he wants to decrease our military numbers to a level that will make our country way too weak, the military is already at too low of a level in my opinion, to show any major strength, to countries like China Korea or even Russia or Iran to be a deterrent of strength in numbers... But the main problem is Ron Paul can't win the presidential election, don't get me wrong, I like the guy allot & I agree with most of what he's saying, I think he's got some very good speaking points & he's got some great ideas, but his extreme changes, will never get by the congress house or senate, even if he was to win a few states in the primaries or the presidential election, which "I seriously doubt he will", In my opinion the biggest problem is, he's way too polarizing or radical thinking for most main stream voters or the moderates & independents, that's who's going to make the biggest difference in the 2012 presidential election, if he is the Republican candidate or especially if he runs as a 3rd party candidate he will just end up handing the election to the liberals & Obama because main stream voters left, right or center wont vote for him in anything other than a primary.... Again it's just my personal opinion & I know I'm not alone in my thinking, his foreign policies are just a little to extreme for most... I also think his age may be a slight deterrent to younger voters...

Very good points Bud! The shame is that the dems have gone so far left, and the GOP has gone so far right, that none of them represent the majority of us Americans! May I call myself a Reagan democrat, or even a liberal, or moderate, Republican? The Dems seem like they have swung soooo far left, that meeting in the middle doesn't even feel possible. Ron Paul is NOT an ideal candidate. But sir, may I say, that 4 more years of Obama, or the possibility of ANY of the 5 turds that the Republican party are offering me, sicken my stomach. I HOPE, I PRAY, for a dark-horse candidate to come to the forefront of this campaign. In the last presidential campaign, I did NOT vote for either candidate. I could not vote, in good concience, for either man.
This reminds me of the "South Park" episode during the 2000 campaign. PETA came in, and said they couldn't call themselves the "South Park Cows" anymore. So they had to come up with a new name for their teams. Cartman said "Giant Duoche". Stan said "Turd Sandwich". So the vote came down to the two of them. So the EPIPHANY is that Kyle said "If your only choice is between a Giant Douche, or a Turd Sandwich, is there really a choice?"
Oh, by the way, this is POST # 1000!!!! I cant believe you guys put up with 1000 posts of my bullshit!

While some say Ron Paul can't be elected, I firmly support him as he's at least bringing up issues that the other "Bush Bots" would ignore. Like, how about we have a declaration of war for any military actions? Novel idea, eh? Both parties have had their presidents issue executive orders, instead. Even Franklin D Roosevelt got a declaration of war from the Congress when Japan had attacked us to begin WWII.

While I think we need a strong military, we don't have the means to pay for the current tab...$600+ billion/year. The Iraq war was a purported cost of a trillion dollars alone so I have to ask where's the money going to come from? Every citizen here is already on the hook for $40,000 USD for the current US gov't debt.

Ron Paul is a pure constitutionalist and says if it ain't there, then we don't need it. How many other candidates of either party even mention it? The Faux news chump, O'Reilly, was once asked about war and the constitution, and the man said with a straight face "I don't care what the constitution says". Really? That's outright shameful. Remember that our great men and women in the armed services take an oath to uphold and protect the constitution?

How about an audit on the private Federal Reserve? Again, all the other candidates are persona nan grata here. I heard Newt mention it in a debate once, BUT why didn't he walk the talk when he was Speaker of the House? If the American people ever saw the Fed's dirty dealings made public, there'd be calls to lock them all up as the criminals they are.

Again, I don't agree with everything RP says, but he's at least bringing issues to the table that need to be addressed, but nobody else up there mentions. His consistent voting record is a model that every elected official should aspire to.

In my .02 worth, the Iranian deal is small potatoes; the real threat is from communist China. They're an ideological enemy already waging economic warfare against us along with spying, and cyber attacks, too. Their top naval commander just issued orders to their Navy to "prepare for war". Could be sabre rattling, but I wouldn't take it lightly. Nope, nothing to see there folks, just keep on moving on.

As far as Iran goes they are a problem, but not the only problem, that's for damn sure, aiding them is Korea, China & Russia's current administration in world affairs, the freaken U.N. is a joke, we the U.S. are the damn "world police", other countries need to step up to the plate or we should pull our funding to the U.N.... Thanks to our current world policies, we are spending more than any other country on other countries issues, there's far too many govt. issues in our own country we don't need to send aid other countries that hate us, besides we can't afford it... I guess I should have said earlier anyone of the republican candidates would be a better leader, including Ron Paul than Pres. B. Hussein O. has been the last 3 years, he's is week in the worlds eyes, driving our country into deeper & deeper debt, worse than any president in my life time anyway, we don't need another Jimmy Carter like week a$$ tax & spend or over litigating president, remember that joke of a president ???, Remember the Iran Hostage debacle ???, Remember his mamby pamby weak a$$ military defense & foreign policy ???, constant negotiations & no actions, ever !!! Remember the 10%+ unemployment around 1976-1979 ???, Remember the 14%+ mortgages ??? , just to get people in houses.... Jimmy Carter has got to be, happy as hell, he's not rated the worst all time economic pres. any longer, now Pres. BHO has that thrown... I would tend to agree with most of what is said here about Ron Paul being a constitutional-ist, I just don't like his foreign policy or military views, we need someone, anyone that will beat him in the election, period... JMHO I'm done, sorry for the rant...

Gotta say, I really enjoy being around a good group of well-read folks that can express their different views so well, and STILL be polite and sincere. Civil debate. Maybe Congress could take a lesson from us!
70Fish brought up a good point. Chinas leaders look to the future, 10, 20, 50 years, for the betterment of their people. Our elected officials [I hesitate to call them leaders] only look to the next election. We need, but have no, continuous American future policy.

I wonder what North Korea is going to do concerning Iran now ?, they are suppose to be one of the worst, following China & Russia for giving non nuclear countries & western haters the secrets & technology for NUKES... I wonder if the son of former dead dictator Kim Jong Il, Kim Jong Un {spellings?} will be a more moderate ?, he was educated in Switzerland supposedly, according to the western media sources... Maybe there is some changes coming !, we will soon see if it will be for the good or very bad... I would hate to be Tiawan, Japan or even worse South Korea right now, I'm sure they are all sitting on pins & needles wondering, what's next ?... You know the useless UN, isn't going to do anything....

There will be many sleepless nights for the analysts. The Chinese/Korean thought process is very different than the western ideas. We could expect the Germans or Russians to act in a certain way back during our times with them. But the Chinese and North Koreans are quite different. Diplomacy is a game of subtleties to begin with. Throw in the asian issue of "saving face" or looking good for appearances sake. This can be confusing for western cultures. They could be asking for something that we dont understand, but is obvious for them, in a negotiation.

You all better have your home made bunkers dug out, because when the first nuke drops they all are. Its not a matter of if, its a matter of when.

Sorry but the USA has no money left to be sticking your noses into everyone else's business.

Well said, Scotts! When the Chinese were asked about the USA's democracy after 200 years, they replied "it's too early to tell"...

I'm a big fan of Ron Paul on a couple things. Bringing the troops home and ending a bunch of foreign aid is what I've wanted out of politicians for decades. I am so sick of paying taxes so that we can spend $600B+ a year on defense. Let other countries take a turn at policing the world. This country spends FORTY PERCENT of the world's expenditure on defense, meanwhile our education system and medical coverage is a joke. I want the government to provide high quality, low-cost education, medical coverage for every American (not just members of congress), and infrastructure that will not crumble under the rumble of my Charger! The only way to have the above funded well is to spend less on defense and foreign aid, and pay down the debt so we're not paying China interest on it.

Sticking our noses into everyone else's business? Really? Wow, next time you come to bat, try and leave the condescension and ignorance in your fingertips rather then proving foolishness by typing it. Better to be accused a fool, then typing your words in a forum and proving it.
