Would like your opinion on a new drink holder for 67-70 B bodies

I would build it with nothing and let the customer put whatever they want on it.

Like a nice wood veneer. That can be matched to the rest of the console and to the dash.

I manufactured a few parts for the Polaris Slingshot and one thing I can tell you is that you can't match everything, and you can't make everyone happy. Here's an idea: What if you made a matching wood grain sticker for the original console that matches the wood grain on your insert for those that want wood grain? You could also do a carbon fibre set for those that prefer that. The possibilities are endless but consider how many you might sell before offering options. I like your innovation and that looks awesome.

Not sure, the flip compartment door looks the same shape. I've never compared the wood grain ones to the chrome ones in '67 to know if it would fit.

And yeah, I hate driving with a coffee or drink between my legs, this would be a great addition. Maybe he can make one like the chrome '67 doors.

66-70 should be the same.

Sorry my interior is just the **** otherwise. I know this came out of Central Florida, but this a great example of Yankee Ingenuity! Reversible and ease of use. Better fit. Awesome. Can’t wait for the road.
