It's the "feels like" temperature that really matters.

BTW, at those temps frost bite can occyr in 15-30 minutes of exposure.

Yes we got one last year. It was mainly the under passes that had the problem. A few areas of the city had problems, that occurred in the same places since at least 1974. The city is slowly replacing the old storm sewers and adding catch basins/ponds.
It wasn’t even an inch. Certainly doesn’t happen yearly.

Ice storm yesterday at around 4pm power went out, a cold night. Came back on 1:30 pm today. Cable and internet goes in and out. At least it wasn't 9 days of froze hell like the last time.
