I just got back from walking my Dog. It's ritualistic, and if I don't, he'll give me that stare all night.
It's COLD out there fellas! Currently 8°F and getting colder over the next couple days.
Didn't bother my black Lab "Blue" one bit! My old buddy Wilson was a Chocolate, and he would jump into water in this weather!

I was out yesterday at a pick n pull, found the dana 60 i kinda wanted, but even with gloves with the cold my hands just didn't really hand i guess and the ratchet kept falling out of my grip, plus kneeling on the cold *** gravel in a thin pair of cargo shorts is not it. So mission failed, Next time, thicker gloves, handwarmers, and KNEEPADS

14 here this morning Mia and I always go for a walk no matter what the weather. She can melt ice with her paws, colder the better for her but I always keep an eye on her as she does me.

I've had my German shorthairs out cold pheasant hunting, last Christmas eve one of my boys balls froze and blistered up so he had to go to the vet, poor guy. Thankfully, we managed to save em but it got close. Thing is he didnt have any reaction, we figured it out after he got loaded up in the cab of the truck. Now we don't go out so cold, I think the feeling was colder than negative 25 at least and real temp was below negative 10
