WTB - Carter AVS choke pull off

This is kind of a strange request. I don't want an NOS or mint working condition part. Actually I don't care if it works at all. This is going on an original motor to fill a void, just need one since mine is missing.

So I'm not looking to spend a bunch as I know what the NOS go for on E-bay. If you have an old rusty one, or that does not work, let me know. Need screws as well.
