Does anyone have a part number or know where i can get yellow high beam bulbs, not the Holley housings but true yellow glass bulbs or do I just need to use a stained glass paint to get the desired look? Below picture for reference.

I used these from octane lighting. They don't fit the headlight buckets as well as I would like. But they are glass. There about $100 for the set of 4.

Wagner 4412A $8.99 at Summit. The little indexing bump doesn't match the headlight bucket notch so you will have add another one and the wires attach with screws, which is an easy adapt.

70 RR do you have a picture of these installed?
I have always just used gold anodizing paint and spray with multiple coats.

6PKRTSE how did you got a translucent color from that? It looks like it would just block the light in the lense or was it light coats?
some 40 years ago, I got a set of 4 plastic clip on covers I believe from J.C. Whitney.

Question: does your state, in which the vehicle is registered in, have any lighting requirements (color, sealed beams, halogen, etc)? Some states did/do and any safety requirements? At one time, PA did...only OEM was allowed....any thing else was not permitted by state annual inspection requirements....Just a thought.....

I just checked Amazon & found something like I had: One is 6" & the other is 9"/ I also saw a 7" . I only looked at the first page; there might be more!
I searched using (amber plastic automobile headlight covers)

I wont argue the diminished lighting capabilities of the yellow lights. I just like the look, I rarely if ever use high beams even on my modern cars. I do have regular bulbs I run also.
