Are you referring to the above picture? If so, it is. It gets cut between the line of holes and bolted together

Job is completed and I'm happy. The only 'do over' was placing the kick down cable ball on the carb. I started with the ball facing the carb, but could not get a direct angle (measured 30 degrees). Moved the cable ball facing the fender and get less than 10 degrees angle on the cable. Nice set up and quality is excellent.
