Merry Christmas, Paul.
LUV the expression on his face..................
That’s awesome!
Always said it (and not the "happy whatever" one) my entire life.
Never received grief for it - and I live in a part of the world where there's typically zero
hesitation of the other party to return it as well - if not sometimes beating me to the punch!
God love him, Bill needs content to write about - but this one's a bit stale at this point.
Us Merry Christmas folks won this battle already.
Well then, we'll just put him back on the "topical" list then!Oreilly wrote that in December 2020. It is not new, I should have dated the quote.
Same way here! Merry Christmas!I also have doubled down on the anti-happy-holidays stuff. Most folks who say HH to me, I'll reply with Merry Christmas...and it quadruples the size of their grin.
Merry Christmas everyone!
You know it’s been taking me by pleasant surprise quite few times lately that in this communist shithole state were I live - a lot of people have been saying Merry Christmas to me. In businesses and outside - wherever I happen to be. For me I won‘t say anything but to anyone, anywhere, anytime. But this year it‘s been the saying from young and old - in businesses and out. And it‘s not in response to me saying it first - They’re saying it first. Praise the Lord - Maybe people realize he’s that much closer to coming back and they‘re no longer willing to cow down to those that would threaten them - after all who would you rather have in the foxhole with you?I am go out of my way to say Merry Christmas during this time of year, not Happy Holidays. I have been doing that for a few years now. For a time it was frowned upon as Bill explains below, I subscribe to his news service. Many may feel uneasy about saying Merry Christmas not wanting to offend non believers. But what about offending me since I am a believer? So lets push back a little and celebrate Christmas for what it is, the day Christ Jesus was born, I say Merry Christmas.
The following quote is from Bill Oreilly,
"You may remember some years back there were attacks on Christmas by secular-progressives that went like this: “we don’t believe in Jesus and don’t want to see him and his parents displayed on public property. And we may sue if that happens. In addition, we don’t even want to hear the words ‘Merry Christmas,’ so don’t be saying them in places of business. Like stores where people buy Christmas presents. We’ll have none of that!”
Incredibly, some bosses actually ordered employees not to say “Merry Christmas.” It would be “Happy Holidays” or else."
Only matters on New Years.....You guys are two weeks early. Sheesh!
