Hey everyone... Thought it would be entertaining to see what everyone drove when they first started out. Wish I could say my first ride was a Charger, or a Road Runner, but no.

My first car was a light blue 1989 Honda CRX. I got it used in 1990, beat the hell out of it for 6 years. Jumped it over speed bumps, maxed it out at 120mph, put a CB in it to mess with truckers when I was bored. Sold it to a friend for a great deal, then it got flooded by El Nino within a year and totaled.

It was no Mopar, but it was a great car nonetheless. Lucky I didn't die in it, considering it was basically a go kart encased in plastic panels.

Hope to see some great (and not so great) vehicles in this thread... don't forget pictures!

66 Belvedere II mo do. Came with a poly teen but at this point, it had a mild 383. This pic is just before the new owner drove off in it only to total it a month later. I sold it because Uncle Sam got my butt and sent it to Germany. I didn't like it at first because it was a 4 door but after putting the 83 in it, it became a fun sleeper.

A rusty 1962 Chevy II 4 dr with the torque monster 194 CI six and three on the tree. The linkage would jam at every third stoplight so I would have to get out and unjam it, or I got lucky and found a forward gear and go. Fortunately the clutch was slipping so it acted like a Powerglide if I had to take off in third. I eventually replaced the clutch and sold it to my friends sister for $500.00 then bought my 68 Road Runner for $450.00 in 1982. I still have the Road Runner.

1975 Mustang II, 1970 Impala, 1977 Pontiac Grand Prix, 1969 Super Bee 440 Six Pack. I think that I got stuck in bit of a rut after my 1st Bee....

My very first car was bought from my parents for a hundred bucks. A very date worthy 1965 Chrysler Newport. 383 and bald tires with NO reverse. I had to park at the end of the block so I never got boxed in. You could lay down stretched out in the back seat. Longest car in the high school lot. LOL

My 1st was a 69 Nova, I must admit I still like the body style, but now all my toys are 440 powered , hmmmmm 440 Nova? think that would piss the Chevy boys off? LOL
