Jet sizes for six pack

Here is some info

What Bob was trying to say, is....get a cheap number drill set and use the drill shanks to measure the holes.
Actual measurement is more accurate than a chart imo, cause you don't know what a previous owner did to the metering plates. Besides, the chart I've got doesn't show our carbs!
When I measured mine, it was obvious a p.o. had opened em up. (bigger even than the d.c. manual said to drill em to).
Ran a little fat at wide open throttle, but happy.

I didn’t see my numbers on the chart

They have never been on any Holley published literature that I’m aware of. I believe the older performance bulletins may have it. They were staggered jetting, and smaller than the 70-71 carbs plates.

Bob, i bet i can make your six pak run better...but i don't work/provide technical support for free anymore. :poke:
Fuel pressure is critical and no you do not need more than 6 psi.
Float levels, operating temp, lot's of details.
As far as jetting typically no more than a 64 in the ctr even in 505 alum head BB monster engines.

So, 6 psi is fine? And not the HEMI/Six pack 8psi?

I have mine at 5psi. My plugs were always black and sooty at 7.5. If you turn it down, recheck your float levels, they will go down.
