I used the qa1 torsion mount in my 67 charger, 6.4 hemi with the Holley mounts. It clears.

I found it easy. Like the mopar kit, the harness tends to be rather bulky at the rear of the intake. Wires are longer than the mopar kit, so you can mount it farther away.

I drove my 67 charger project for the first time tonight. 6.4 crate motor, Holly terminator x max system, holley 12.3 digital dash, borgeson stearing box, vintage air, 727 with gear vendors, 4.10 gears..... I only went a half mile down the road and back, but man....I'm still smiling!

The parking brake can be removed, and run without. Most have stayed away from these because they do not use a slip yoke. It's a bolt on yoke, so you must use a 2 piece driveshaft. They are great for internals....4 pinion planetaries and such. Or swap out the tailshaft housing and output shaft.

No, not production car manifolds. Hellcat jeep or durango may clear. Aftermarket manifolds like Holley/Hooker will clear.

Keeping it simple, this has worked for me for 30 years of playing with 727's. Plenty sturdy, doesn't bounce, and full rotation. The threads for the bell crank boss is 3/8-16, so more than likely the same as you have in your engine stand already. The rear is just a piece of angle.

The diameter needed would depend on what plug end you have. Measure yours, and get the next size larger. If don't have calipers to measure this, stop working on anything, and get some! They start at 8 bucks on amazon.
