These both are the same part nunber , one says for 74-75 and the other says 74-79 both are 4111202. What is correct ? Maybe the description of the year isn't accurate .Will any of these fit my 79 Cordoba ? I just want to make sure .
Edit:
So I've been looking around and I see that there is different part numbers for the Osac Nox valve but look very similar. Some say they are not compatible with my Cordoba , Only up to 1975. I want to make sure , were different once for different years but look similar ? Should the 75 work...
Edit :
Hello it does not stall at idle at all. I could be at a stop light or just keep the car running to warm the engine up , the car will definitely stays on .The lean burn was uninstalled back in the 90's .The car only stalls when I'm driving at speeds 5 to 10 per hour . My foot is barely on...
Is it easy to adjust lube or replace a 76 Cordoba distributor bushing? What is the steps of doing it ?Do you need a special tool to get down there? I don't drive it much because of the stalling .
Dave ,
I believe my 76 did not have a lock up torque converter . It uses a non conventional non lock up torque converter as a part of its Torqueflite automatic transmission .
My 76 Cordoba stalls at low speeds . I pop it into neutral and start it back up. God forbid if it happens in the freeway. It happened twice on a 5 minute drive . What do you think it could be ? I have my orginal thermoquad carb that was rebuilt installed, prior to that, I had another carb it was...
It's time for me to replace my tires on my 76 Cordoba . I currently have these and I'm looking for a new set. I kind of want the same ones but I'm having a hard time finding them. I did find a company that had them a couple months back but they are no longer available . What brand and style do...
Thanks for the info , how do
Thanks for the great info , so how do I know if my TQ is from 75 or ealier ? I believe this is the original and it's my 76 that had a lean burn at one point . Here is the photo of my carb with the numbers on the top .
Hello I need some recommendations for car covers. I purchased a couple and they don't seem to last long in sunny California. The ones I had either rip or the sun beats down on them and end up leaving lint everywhere .
I had took the thermoquad out because it was leaking . I replaced it with a Autoline , the Autoline is what is causing it to stall when accelerating fast. This is my second Autoline carb . It was tuned by a mechanic and he said one of the set screws just spins.
I ordered this Auto line carb from Rockauto and I have been having issues with it. This is my second one, I replaced the first one because it would choke when accelerating when flooring it. After all the adjusting I sent it back and received a replacement . The second replacement is a little...
Yes thanks I was confusing the oil level with the pressure . I asked because I have never seen the pressure that low before it's always on the higher end.
Does anyone know what 76 Cordoba size rear deck speakers came with ? I think these are 5X7's I havent had a chance to measure it. I've read that most of them were 6x9's . Would it be an issue if I were to put some 6x9 in place of these without drilling ? I have a pair of JBL GTO's I can put go use .
